In 2006, Mr Wei establish Shandong Xingang Group, In the same year, Shandong Xingang Group was elected as the chairman unit of the wooden formwork professional committee of the China Formwork Association. The brand of Xingang was hailed as the first brand of wooden formwork in China. Since then, Xingang has won the domestic wooden formwork industry.
